What if the claimant starts work?
Where Third Party Deductions are already in place, then these can continue to be made (assuming the claimant remains entitled to UC) if the claimant's earnings are below their applicable Work Allowance.

Where their earnings go above their Work Allowance for three consecutive months, then the Third Party Deductions for rent arrears will end.

A landlord will not be able to be granted these again, until the claimant's earnings stop or fall below their Work Allowance - and then they will only be granted if the claimant had no earnings or earnings below their Work Allowance in the Monthly Assessment Period prior to the one in which the landlord makes the application.
